What rhythm does the home need?

Choose a schedule to surface services that commonly fit it. Every selected service keeps its own cadence when you continue to the Plan Builder.

  • Weekly — lawn, pool, cleaning, or higher-touch Home Watch.

  • Every other week — garden, Home Watch, cleaning, or exterior upkeep.

  • Monthly — property observations, systems, safety, and preventive care.

  • Seasonal — opening, closing, systems, grounds, pool, and readiness.

  • Per stay — arrival prep, turnovers, linens, and departure resets.

  • On request — repairs, projects, weather follow-up, and specialty needs.

The Haven layer

Start with a life moment—not a fixed package.

Each preset is an editable starting point, not a price tier or confirmed booking. Open one in the Plan Builder, then add, remove, or retime every service.

Good to know

Before you build a plan.

Can different services run on different schedules?

Yes. A plan can pair weekly lawn or pool care with every-other-week garden visits, monthly home watch, seasonal systems work, and on-request repairs. Each lane keeps its own rhythm.

Do I have to choose a fixed package?

No. The named plans are starting shapes. Haven reviews the home, goals, timing, and category coverage before recommending an available next step.

Is Home Watch the same as a formal home inspection?

No. Home Watch and house checks are scheduled visual observations of agreed areas and systems while a property is unoccupied. They do not replace a licensed home inspection, specialist diagnosis, insurer requirement, or emergency service.

How is routine cleaning different from a rental turnover?

Routine cleaning follows a recurring household scope. A turnover is tied to a stay and may add linens, restocking, condition notes, damage flags, and a defined handoff before the next arrival.

Does Haven perform every service directly?

Haven reviews the need and coordinates participating providers around the property plan. Provider fit depends on category and local coverage, and work requiring a license stays with an appropriately licensed provider.

Can I keep providers I already trust?

Yes. Share those relationships in the request. Haven can account for an existing team while reviewing where coordination, documentation, or an additional category may help.

What if I need a service that is not listed?

Use the homeowner request and describe it plainly. The service map is broader than the examples shown, but every request still depends on category fit, local coverage, and the right provider requirements.

Where is service currently reviewed?

Haven is focused on Long Beach Island, including Barnegat Light, Harvey Cedars, Surf City, Ship Bottom, Long Beach Township, and Beach Haven. Availability is expanding by category and municipality.
