What a home watch visit records.

A Care Visit is a limited visual observation, not a formal inspection. The record makes the visit’s scope and limits clear.

Agree the accessible areas.
Discuss visible conditions around doors, windows, ceilings, accessible plumbing areas, decks, and the ground-level exterior. Record only the areas agreed for the visit. Systems testing, diagnosis, activation, and repair require a separate qualified scope.
Record the observations.
Dated notes and photos describe what could be seen, relevant changes, and areas that could not be observed.
Bring open items back to you.
Haven connects a finding to a proposed next step, such as a repair quote, cleaning, or a qualified assessment. Each follow-up needs its own reviewed scope and approval.

It is not continuous monitoring, security, emergency response or a formal home inspection.

A Care Visit is a scheduled limited visual observation of agreed accessible areas, recorded in photos and notes. It does not provide a formal home inspection, continuous monitoring, security, emergency response, or a guarantee that every issue will be found.

Can I request storm follow-up in Beach Haven or LBI?

Yes. Share the property and the observations you need for review. Any proposed visit depends on scope, safe access, conditions, and availability; it does not promise emergency response, a service date, or detection of hidden issues.

How is home watch pricing determined?

Pricing is reviewed around the property town, agreed accessible areas, visit frequency, and the observations and reporting requested. Share whether you need one visit or recurring care. Haven brings the proposed scope, timing, and charges back to you before approval; sending a request does not book a visit.

Who is responsible for the visit or follow-up work?

Care Visits, coordination, and reporting are Haven-client services contracted with Haven Care Network, LLC. If a finding leads to independent-provider work, you contract directly with the named provider, who sets the price and is responsible for that service. Any separately proposed Haven-performed work is identified as such. Haven keeps the planning and updates connected; provider, scope, agreement, charges, and responsibility are reviewed before approval.
