Use of the Website and Early Access Forms
The website and early-access forms are provided to introduce Haven Care, gather vendor and homeowner interest, support controlled pilot planning, and share property-care resources. Submitting a form does not guarantee access, service availability, vendor approval, leads, referrals, payment eligibility, or participation in a pilot.
Current Stage
Haven Care is building a founding vendor network and controlled homeowner launch path. The public site should not be understood as a mature open marketplace, emergency dispatch service, or promise that every service category or area is available.
Two Service and Payment Lanes
Haven Care expects to support two different lanes. The terms, invoice, receipt, and written agreement for a specific job or payment should identify which lane applies.
- Haven-managed services: Haven contracts directly with the homeowner or authorized customer, collects payment, and coordinates vendors or providers to perform the work. This lane will require separate written service terms and may require New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor registration, insurance, disclosures, and other compliance steps before launch.
- Vendor-direct software/payment services: The vendor contracts directly with its own client while using Haven software, invoicing, CRM, or payment infrastructure. In that lane, the vendor remains responsible for the underlying services, estimates, pricing, licensing, insurance, workmanship, warranties, refunds, and customer obligations unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
No Current Public Home Improvement Contract Offer
Until Haven Care provides a separate written service agreement, estimate, and acceptance process, the website is not an offer to perform home improvement work or an emergency service commitment. Haven does not yet have a New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor registration as of the effective date of these terms. Haven-managed home improvement work should remain gated until business formation, insurance, registration, and attorney-reviewed contract terms are ready.
Vendor Participation
Vendor access, CRM access, referral eligibility, public visibility, payout onboarding, and pilot participation may be limited, reviewed, paused, or denied. Vendors may be asked to provide business, service-area, licensing, registration, insurance, tax, payment, identity, documentation, and conduct information. Free CRM access during a pilot does not guarantee leads, exclusivity, referral fees, permanent free access, or public network approval.
Referrals and Fees
Referral opportunities may apply only under written program terms. A referral fee is not earned merely because a vendor joins, uses the CRM, submits a lead, mentions another service need, or appears in a Haven workflow. Eligibility, trigger events, exclusions, payout timing, dispute windows, refunds, chargebacks, and tax responsibility must be documented in the applicable vendor or referral agreement.
Homeowner and Property Information
Homeowners, property managers, and authorized contacts are responsible for providing accurate information and confirming they have authority to request coordination, share property details, approve access, approve estimates, and authorize work. Lock codes, alarm codes, payment details, and sensitive access information should be shared only through approved secure workflows.
Payments
Payment features may be provided through Stripe or another payment processor. Payment processing, connected accounts, payouts, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and identity verification may be subject to processor terms in addition to Haven terms. When Stripe Connect is used, connected account users may be required to accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and authorize information sharing needed for payment services.
Communications
By submitting a form or using the service, you authorize Haven Care to contact you about your request, account, pilot participation, vendor onboarding, property-care coordination, payment links, invoices, bills, confirmations, and service updates. Haven Care does not plan to send marketing SMS. Transactional or operational texts may be used for bills, payment links, vendor payment setup, and service/payment coordination where appropriate.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, unauthorized, or unlawful information.
- Misrepresent licensing, insurance, service area, authority, payment status, or identity.
- Upload or transmit malware, spam, abusive content, or content that violates another person's rights.
- Use client, vendor, property, photo, payment, or access information outside the authorized workflow.
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, payment controls, referral tracking, or access boundaries.
Content, Photos, and Proof
Job photos, notes, screenshots, testimonials, case studies, vendor quotes, and pilot outcomes should not be used publicly unless Haven has the necessary permissions and has reviewed the content for privacy, safety, property, client, vendor, and material-connection concerns.
Disclaimers
The website, guides, CRM previews, and early-access materials are provided for general business and property-care coordination purposes. They are not legal, tax, insurance, construction, engineering, emergency, or professional trade advice. Haven Care does not guarantee that a vendor, homeowner, service provider, or pilot participant will be available, qualified, approved, responsive, or suitable for a particular need.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haven Care will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, early-access forms, CRM, pilot workflows, referrals, communications, payment links, or third-party services. Some rights cannot be limited by law, and those rights remain unaffected.
Changes
Haven Care may update these terms as the business forms, products mature, payment flows launch, vendor agreements are finalized, and homeowner service offerings become available. The effective date will show when the latest version applies.
