A few useful details.
Can I change the suggested timing?
Yes. The lawn and garden choices start with weekly and every-other-week preferences. Irrigation and cleanup start with seasonal timing. Use Change on the request summary to adjust available timing or add a note about your dates. A preference does not reserve a visit or confirm availability.
Can I request storm cleanup or a concern outside these choices?
Yes. Describe the property and visible concern in a general request. Haven reviews cleanup, drainage concerns or related follow-up against the scope and local coverage. This is not an emergency-response service.
Who handles the work and agreement?
Haven coordinates the request and follow-up. Before approval, the proposal identifies the service provider, scope, agreement, charges and responsibility. Independent-provider work is contracted directly with that provider; any Haven-direct work has its own agreement with Haven Care Network, LLC.
