Request Removal
To opt out of non-transactional Haven Care outreach, send an email to legal@callhavencare.com with the subject line "Opt out of Haven Care outreach" and include the email address you want removed.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor non-transactional opt-out requests promptly. Transactional or operational messages may still be sent when needed for account access, security, billing, payment links, invoices, service coordination, vendor onboarding, or legally required notices.
Text Messages
Haven Care does not send marketing, promotional, or bulk SMS through its transactional customer-care text program. Haven Care asks for express consent before sending a requested text follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also call 609-207-7374 or email hello@callhavencare.com.
