Can Haven help with both opening and closing a shore home?
Yes. Share the season, your expected departure or return, and the tasks you want reviewed. Haven brings the agreed tasks, timing, approvals, and updates into one plan. Proposed work depends on scope, available coverage, and your approval.
Does seasonal care include winterizing or testing systems?
Only when that work is specifically reviewed and agreed with an appropriately qualified provider. Heating, plumbing, irrigation, pool, and other systems work is separate from a Care Visit, which is a limited visual observation.
Who handles the work in my seasonal plan?
Haven is your point of contact for care planning, coordination, and updates. Haven services are contracted with Haven Care Network, LLC. Independent-provider work is contracted directly with the named provider, who sets the price and is responsible for that service. Any separately proposed Haven-performed work is identified as such. Provider, scope, agreement, charges, and responsibility are reviewed before approval.
