How the pilot works

Property-care tools. Clear pilot terms.

Explore a workflow for client records, estimates, job notes, photos, and follow-up. Haven reviews local providers and confirms available features, access duration, and any charges before you join.

An inquiry starts a review. It does not promise access, work, or referral income. You can also share full business details.

Before you accept

The details behind participation.

Haven stays the point of contact for its care planning and coordination. The provider, agreement, charges, and responsibility for each job are clear before anyone accepts it.

Submitting interest does not confirm software access, bookings, work, or referral income.

What software and categories does the pilot cover?

The pilot explores client and property records, notes, photos, approvals, and service history. Features, access duration, and charges are confirmed in the offered terms.

Categories under review include cleaning, maintenance, repairs, professional inspections, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest care, painting, roofing, irrigation, and specialty trades. Category-matched opportunities depend on local client needs, coverage, and readiness.

Who contracts for service work?

For Haven-direct work, the homeowner contracts with Haven Care Network, LLC. Haven's team or an approved subcontractor performs the agreed scope; Haven remains responsible for its contracted service.

For homeowner–vendor work, the homeowner contracts with the named independent vendor, which is responsible for its service and price and is merchant of record. Haven's coordination and any related fees are separately agreed. A care plan can include both arrangements; homeowners do not choose one to make an inquiry.

Does software access include network work or referral fees?

No. Software-only use remains the vendor's own client and service business. It does not approve network participation or appoint the vendor as a Haven subcontractor. Any referral compensation needs separate written program terms; joining or sharing a request does not earn a fee.

Does Haven manage rental or guest operations?

No. Physical cleaning, restocking, maintenance, and seasonal care may be considered at rented homes. Haven does not manage guests, bookings, tenants, rent, deposits, or leasing.
