Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including:
- Name, email, phone number, role, company, service category, location, and message details.
- Vendor information such as service area, capacity, licensing or insurance status, referral interest, documentation willingness, and pilot-fit notes.
- Homeowner, property, request, estimate, job, note, photo, billing, payment, and proof-candidate information when pilot or product workflows are used.
- Account information from Firebase Auth or similar login systems, such as email address, user ID, role, and verification status.
We also collect technical and attribution data, including page URL, landing page, referrer, first referrer, clicked CTA, form name, UTM parameters, browser/device information, IP-derived analytics data, and usage events.
How We Use Information
- Respond to vendor, homeowner, property manager, and pilot requests.
- Operate early-access, vendor qualification, client launch, and pilot workflows.
- Coordinate property care records, service requests, notes, photos, estimates, approvals, payments, and status updates.
- Evaluate vendor coverage, readiness, service area, credentials, and referral fit.
- Send transactional or operational communications, including confirmations, billing links, payment forms, account notices, and service updates.
- Improve website content, conversion paths, security, performance, and local service coverage.
- Maintain audit logs, prevent abuse, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.
How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that host, secure, analyze, email, authenticate, store, or process data for Haven Care, including Firebase/Google, Resend, Stripe, and similar vendors.
- Approved vendors or service providers when a homeowner, property manager, client, or authorized contact requests or authorizes service coordination.
- Payment processors, banks, connected accounts, and financial service providers for invoices, payment links, payouts, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, and compliance.
- Professional advisors, insurers, accountants, attorneys, and compliance providers.
- Authorities, courts, or other parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse or fraud.
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of that word. We do not currently use personal information for third-party targeted advertising. If that changes, this policy will be updated and any required opt-out mechanism will be provided.
Payments
Haven Care plans to support payment flows where Haven collects payment and routes funds to vendors, and flows where vendors contract directly with their clients while using Haven software and payment infrastructure. Payment details may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Do not send full payment card numbers, bank credentials, or sensitive financial details through ordinary email or public website forms.
Texts, Email, and Communications
Haven Care does not plan to send marketing SMS. Text messages, if used, should be limited to transactional or operational purposes such as bills, payment links, vendor payment setup, account notices, and service coordination. Commercial email will include required sender and opt-out information when applicable.
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies, local/session storage, analytics tags, and similar technologies to remember attribution context, understand website usage, measure form performance, and improve the service. You can adjust browser settings to limit cookies, but some site features may not work as intended.
Retention
We keep information as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including operations, security, legal, accounting, dispute, tax, audit, and compliance needs. We may retain some records longer when required by law, payment rules, contracts, or legitimate business needs.
Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Send requests to legal@callhavencare.com.
Security
We use technical, administrative, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. Please avoid sending passwords, full payment card details, lock codes, or other sensitive access information through public forms unless a secure workflow has been provided.
Children
Haven Care is intended for adults and business users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the business, legal entity, products, payment flows, vendor network, and pilot terms develop. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date and, where appropriate, adding notice on the website or in the product.
