Request Removal
To opt out of non-transactional Haven Care outreach, send an email to legal@callhavencare.com with the subject line "Opt out of Haven Care outreach" and include the email address you want removed.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor non-transactional opt-out requests promptly. Transactional or operational messages may still be sent when needed for account access, security, billing, payment links, invoices, service coordination, vendor onboarding, or legally required notices.
Text Messages
Haven Care does not plan to send marketing SMS. Text messages, if used, should be limited to transactional or operational purposes such as bills, payment forms, payment setup, service coordination, and account notices.
